Need to return it?
no problem! We will accept most returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, with or without a receipt.

Return exception:
Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase with original packaging and a valid receipt or account/bid inquiry.
There is an exception to the 30-day policy during the holidays. Products purchased after November 1st and jphaglofs.com items may be returned until January 31st.
Limited Warranty Return Policy

When returning an item purchased on jphaglofs.com, any shipping charges paid on the order are not refundable. Refunds will only apply to the amount paid for the item. Any shipping charges you pay for your order will not be refunded.
Only items purchased on jphaglofs.com may be returned by mail. Any item purchased from the jphaglofs.com store can be returned to any store.

Store returns:
The fastest and easiest way to return an item and get a refund is to take it to your local jphaglofs.com store. Our hassle-free return policy makes most items easily exchangeable or refundable within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please see return policy for details.

Returning items to a local store also eliminates any potential shipping charges that may be incurred when returning items via mail. To return an item, be sure to bring the item included in the package and the shipping invoice. You can use the store locator to find a store near you.

Return via email:
To return a jphaglofs.com order by mail, you will need to find and fill out the returns form we provide with your shipment. Next, you need to pack your items in sturdy boxes. Mail-in returns may take up to 30 days to be processed once the package is returned to the returns center.
